1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition with packaging intact.
Original proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required.
Certain items are non-returnable: perishable goods, personalized products, hazardous materials, and items marked "Non-Returnable."

Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Our team will approve/deny your request within 2 business days.
If approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Use tracked shipping; we cannot process returns without proof of delivery.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund.
5. Defective or Damaged Products

6. Vendor-Related Returns
For vendor-supplied products, Resolvia Solutions coordinates with the vendor for returns.
Refunds may take additional 2–3 business days for vendor verification.
7. Subscription Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except for billing errors.
Cancel anytime; no refunds for partial subscription periods.
