1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition with packaging intact.

  • Original proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required.

  • Certain items are non-returnable: perishable goods, personalized products, hazardous materials, and items marked "Non-Returnable."

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will approve/deny your request within 2 business days.

  4. If approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Use tracked shipping; we cannot process returns without proof of delivery.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

  • We will arrange free return shipping and provide:

6. Vendor-Related Returns

  • Refunds may take additional 2–3 business days for vendor verification.

7. Subscription Refunds

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except for billing errors.

  • Cancel anytime; no refunds for partial subscription periods.
