2. Platform Overview

Resolvia Solutions is a multi-vendor eCommerce platform offering:

  • Products: Displayed by registered vendors for customer purchase

  • Payment Gateway: Secure online transactions

  • Vendor Portal: Vendor registration and product supply

  • Subscriptions: Premium services for customers/vendors

3. User Accounts

Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete information.

  • One account per individual/business; unauthorized multi-accounting may result in termination.

  • You're responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality.

User Types

  • Customers: Purchase products via payment gateway

  • Vendors: Register to supply products; must provide business verification

  • Subscribers: Access premium features through paid subscriptions

4. Product Purchases

  • Availability: Products are subject to vendor availability; we cannot guarantee stock.

  • Prices: All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs upon delivery confirmation.

  • Shipping: Delivery times vary by vendor/location; we're not liable for carrier delays.

5. Payment & Billing

  • Payments processed via secure third-party gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, Stripe, etc.).

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for purchases/subscriptions.

  • Subscription billing: Automatic recurring charges until cancellation.

  • Disputed transactions must be reported within 15 days.

6. Vendor Terms

Registration Requirements

  • Vendors must provide valid business credentials (GST, PAN, business registration).

  • Products must comply with Indian laws and quality standards.

  • Vendors are responsible for accurate product descriptions, pricing, and inventory.

Vendor Obligations

  • Maintain product quality and timely delivery.

  • Handle customer inquiries related to their products.

  • Pay applicable platform fees/commissions as per our vendor agreement.

  • indemnify Resolvia against claims arising from their products.

Termination

  • We may suspend/remove vendors for:

    • Violating terms

    • Selling counterfeit/illegal products

    • Poor customer ratings

    • Non-payment of fees

7. Subscriptions

  • Subscription plans are non-transferable.

  • Cancel anytime via your account dashboard.

  • No refunds for partial periods; access ends on billing date.

  • We may modify pricing/features with 30 days' notice.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All platform content (logo, text, images, software) is owned by Resolvia Solutions.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

  • Vendors retain IP for their products but grant us licensing to display them.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the platform for illegal purposes

  • Attempt to hack, spam, or interfere with system security

  • Upload false/misleading information

  • Resell products without authorization

  • Discriminate or harass other users

10. Disclaimers & Limitations

  • Services provided "as is" without warranties (express or implied).

  • We're not liable for:

    • Vendor product quality issues

    • Delivery delays by third-party carriers

    • Payment gateway failures

    • Unauthorized account access (if you failed security measures)

  • Maximum liability: Amount paid by you in the last 6 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend/terminate your account for:

  • Violating these terms

  • Suspected fraud or illegal activity

  • Extended non-use (12+ months)

Upon termination:

  • Your access ends immediately

  • Subscriptions remain active until billing date

  • Pending orders/refunds are processed

12. Modifications

  • We may update these terms at any time.

  • Changes effective 30 days after posting.

  • Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by Indian laws.

  • Disputes subject to Pune, Maharashtra jurisdiction.

  • Mandatory arbitration under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
